This song is from the recent EP of the project Politbyuro, named after the soviet central committee. Diego (the owner of the project) began writing music seriously when he was 16 and is currently working on his first full length album. His song, Travelers, was written back in 2013 and deals with being far from the places you wish to be. You can also listen to his other music on Spotify!

Travelers brings some of the sweetest vocal melodies I’ve ever heard to the compilation, that might be compared to some of softer songs by the Foo Fighters. This song expertly balances on the fence between high quality pop and lo-fi rock. The acoustic guitar in the intro of the song, fading in and out with a certain flanger like effect is definitely one of my favorite parts of this song. The driving guitar and powerful drums in the chorus ensure that the listener will fall in love with this amazing tune.
